I'm not sure whether this is the right place to post this or not so sorry Katie if you have to move it!
I was just wondering how people go about writing about their bad memories? I think I would find it very useful to write about them - either factually or creatively, preferably I'd like to write a story. However, I don't seem to ever get started because something gets blocked in my head. How do you manage to get your past on paper?
Thanks,
Love Laura x

Here's fine. ![:)](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/smiley.png) But if at any point you'd prefer it in the members only forums let me know and I'll move it. I'll answer your question when I've thought some more....

Thanks Katie ![:)](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/smiley.png) For now I don't mind anyone seeing it but maybe if it comes round to either me or other people mentioning specific examples it might be best being moved there. I don't know. It's ok for now though ![:)](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/smiley.png)

i started by writing like it had happened to someone else. like iwas just telling a story and that let me get started. its still pretty hard to write about specifics though. hope you are able to do it if its helpful.
