Maybe advice for survivors on abuse on how to cope when the abuse ends? Like sleeping tips, self care tips, etc?

I'll start working on it this evening. I'm pondering over right now where the best place would be to put it.. ideas welcome.

Maybe mentions of/reviews of novels/poems/other creative endeavours which focus on abuse? Let survivors see what other people have been writing about?
Images and/or words which could inspire people's creativity. Could be about any topic--not necessarily abuse, but obviously people could link it back to that if they wished.

Hi Rosy and welcome. All those are in process, and as you explore the forum a bit more and as you get access to more forums as a full member, you'll see all we have available. And of course members are totally invited to add thoughts and suggestions of their own.

I whole-heartedly agree with rustedchains that advice for survivors on abuse on how to cope when the abuse ends like sleeping tips, self care tips, etc would be most helpful.
Also, maybe some self-help ideas... how to deal with flashbacks, panic attacks, etc

Ideas for 'safe places' would be good.

Ok. Can we clarify? This was a thread asking about the Blog, not the forum. I've got a bit muddled here. Can someone clarify? Thanks.
